Forum of stakeholders to reach consensus and make recommendations to the DoJ on the LPB with specific reference to “Community Service” as proposed in the draft.
The recommendations are from the Forum but it is noted that individual organisations will be making recommendations, representation, comment etc. on the entire proposed Legal Practice Bill and that some of the inputs may deal with community service where the organisations/s deem that specific impact on their functions and obligations are not adequately covered by the forum recommendations.
